Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a sustainable business plan for Industrial Automation in the Czech Republic
• Build and lead the Czech Republic Sales team
• Implement business plans leveraging IABG product portfolio and core technologies
• Maintain and grow relationships with regional partners and key prospects
• Pursue opportunities in Machine Manufacturing, System Integration, and Process Automation segments
• Coordinate technical and commercial quotation activities and support contract negotiations
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent Delta at conferences, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements

• Engineering or technical degree
• 5-10 years of technical sales experience in Industrial Automation
• Strong background in sales, business development, and account management
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Czech and excellent command of English
• Advanced CRM and Microsoft Office skills
