Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify and close new business opportunities within the forex and CFD sectors
• Lead, mentor, and grow the sales team across multiple regions
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners
• Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure an exceptional client journey
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
• Deliver regular performance reports and pipeline updates to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the forex, CFD, or online trading industry
• Solid understanding of forex trading platforms, market dynamics, and regulatory environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing sales teams and achieve aggressive targets
• Strong network within the forex industry, including IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluency in English is required
