Sales Manager, Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of OEM Key Account Managers to achieve sales growth targets.
• Drive sustainable growth of the Climate Solutions portfolio within the Data Center vertical.
• Develop and maintain customer-focused value propositions tailored to the data center market.
• Define and execute segment strategies and manage an active opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
• Generate impactful leads and maintain Key Account Plans with aggressive growth targets.
• Provide competitive market insights to Marketing and Sales Excellence teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience, including account management and business development.
• Proven experience managing a sales team, either directly or indirectly.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
