Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and operational management of sales in Culina Oslo
• Manage and motivate a sales team of approximately 20 employees
• Develop and maintain a strong sales culture, structure, and competence
• Responsible for meeting budgets, strategies, and goals for the district
• Establish cost and sales budgets and implement sales and marketing strategies
• Manage local chain agreements and ensure profitability
• Proactively seek new customers, customer groups, and market areas
• Monitor and analyze market trends using data and insights to adjust plans

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience in sales and sales management
• Experience in B2B, preferably within the hospitality/large-scale catering industry
• Strong leadership skills with experience motivating teams toward growth
• High digital maturity with proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Excel
• Strong commercial, financial, and business understanding
• Strategic and tactical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English
• Higher education in sales, marketing, economics, or business

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant experience from the hospitality market can compensate for parts of the education
• Ability to build long-term positive relationships both internally and externally
