About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers to increase capability and performance
- Drive new business growth by expanding beyond existing accounts into untapped markets
- Partner with your team in the field, supporting key customer opportunities and major deals
- Build strong customer relationships while positioning Crown as a premium solution
- Implement practical sales strategies to increase pipeline, conversion and market share
- Monitor performance, manage forecasts and deliver on sales and profitability targets
- Contribute to the broader State leadership team and strategic direction
Requirements
- Hands-on sales leader or senior B2B salesperson
- Proven ability to win new business in competitive markets
- Experience in capital equipment, industrial, construction, or transport sectors preferred
- Strong coaching ability for mixed-experience teams
- Resilient and commercially sharp
- Comfortable with performance-based reward structures
