Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of stone surfacing products within the Winnipeg territory
• Present and sell company products to remodeling, home improvement, cabinet makers, builders, and fabricators
• Manage customer relationships by resolving concerns, providing price quotes, and maintaining CRM records
• Ensure clients have adequate marketing materials, including samples, brochures, and display towers
• Manage sales budgets and account reports to stay within monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Build relationships with builders, general contractors, and property managers through regular meetings and industry events
• Coordinate and promote products with universities and design industry associations

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
• 2+ years of commercial and builder sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High School diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Experience in stone fabrication or distribution

Benefits

• Starting salary between $63,000 - $73,000 annually plus a 25% bonus structure
