Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of stone surfacing products within the Mobile, AL territory
• Present and sell company products to clients in remodeling, home improvement, cabinet making, and building sectors
• Manage customer relationships by providing price quotes, resolving concerns, and maintaining CRM records
• Increase market share by managing displays and point-of-purchase materials within the assigned territory
• Build and grow relationships with builders, fabricators, general contractors, developers, and property managers
• Represent Cosentino at local industry events and associations such as ASID, IIDA, AIA, and HBA
• Manage sales budgets and account reports to ensure alignment with monthly and annual targets

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales or field merchandising experience
• 2+ years of commercial and builder sales experience
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
• Experience in stone fabrication or distribution

• Annual starting salary between $70,000 – $80,000 plus a 25% quarterly bonus structure
