Sales Manager Corporate/MICE

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the sales department and deliver proactive sales initiatives
• Maximize total revenue while adhering to property and company standards
• Develop and implement strategies based on key sales metrics and tracking tools
• Manage the departmental team lifecycle, fostering growth and performance
• Prepare and manage the departmental budget, controlling costs and inventory
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Review business performance and provide recommendations to drive financial results
• Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements for audits

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales
• National academic qualifications
• Very good command of written and spoken English
