About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive corporate business revenue by securing new accounts and growing existing client relationships
- Develop and execute proactive corporate sales strategies aligned with hotel revenue plans
- Identify, target, and prospect new corporate accounts through networking and outreach
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing proposals, negotiations, and contract closures
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and site inspections to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and yield strategies
- Work with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral
- Provide regular sales forecasting, account reviews, and activity reporting to senior management
Requirements
- High school Diploma or University Degree
- 3-5 years of corporate sales experience within a luxury hotel environment
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills to engage C-level decision-makers
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
