Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and coach full-cycle Account Executives
  • Drive sales growth and hit revenue targets across US and Canadian territories
  • Maintain a book of strategic accounts to lead by example
  • Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Marketing, and Product to shape GTM strategy
  • Create scalable processes for forecasting, deal execution, and performance management

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
  • Proven success scaling sales teams in high-growth environments
  • Experience selling SaaS, security, or enterprise technology
  • Proficiency with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Ability to work in an onsite environment in New York City
