About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and coach Sales Executives to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal-coaching sessions
- Manage the sales pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting
- Oversee RFP and tender responses in coordination with Product, Security, and Legal teams
- Partner with SDR, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align sales strategies
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate proposal generation and pipeline insights
Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership or coaching role
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and sales-enablement tools
- Experience with RFP and tender processes
- Knowledge of AI and automation for sales productivity
- Fluency in Arabic and English
