About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and coach Sales Executives to exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and deal-coaching sessions
  • Manage the sales pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting
  • Oversee RFP and tender responses in coordination with Product, Security, and Legal teams
  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, and RevOps teams to align sales strategies
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate proposal generation and pipeline insights

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or coaching role
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and sales-enablement tools
  • Experience with RFP and tender processes
  • Knowledge of AI and automation for sales productivity
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
