Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients including GDO and wholesalers
• Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and identify opportunities
• Negotiate volumes, pricing, and promotional activities
• Monitor market trends and pricing dynamics in the fresh fruit category
• Provide market intelligence and consumer behavior insights to internal teams
• Contribute to weekly and monthly sales planning and track performance
• Prepare weekly sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fruits and vegetables
• Experience in structured companies preferred
• Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
