Responsibilities

  • Personally close strategic enterprise deals
  • Upgrade and coach the sales team
  • Tighten pricing and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead the transition from a service-led motion to a repeatable platform-led revenue engine
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success

Requirements

  • Strong record of winning enterprise deals
  • Experience leading sales in a startup or growth-stage environment
  • Track record of transitioning companies from custom-solution selling to repeatable SaaS growth
  • Ability to operate with imperfect systems and incomplete marketing support
  • High commercial acumen and strategic judgment
