Responsibilities
- Personally close strategic enterprise deals
- Upgrade and coach the sales team
- Tighten pricing and go-to-market strategies
- Lead the transition from a service-led motion to a repeatable platform-led revenue engine
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success
Requirements
- Strong record of winning enterprise deals
- Experience leading sales in a startup or growth-stage environment
- Track record of transitioning companies from custom-solution selling to repeatable SaaS growth
- Ability to operate with imperfect systems and incomplete marketing support
- High commercial acumen and strategic judgment
