Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Own revenue generation and territory management within Vietnam
• Deliver in-depth sales presentations of the Centric PLM Solution suite to executive-level audiences
• Drive complex solution sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
• Analyze customer business requirements to develop tailored sales strategies and product intelligence solutions
• Prepare written proposals, quotations, and formal RFI/RFP/RFQ responses
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer technology requirements are met and solutions are deliverable
• Develop and manage a comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory
• Represent the company at regional and national trade shows, exhibits, and conferences

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success selling PLM or related Enterprise Application software
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
• Experience closing software solution contracts exceeding $200,000
• Domain expertise in the Apparel industry or Global Product Sourcing for the FMCG market
• Experience with value-based or solution-based selling methodologies
• Proficiency in preparing professional presentation materials and RFI/RFP responses
• Strong multi-level communication skills and ability to build trust with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling MRP, ERP, CRM, or SCM software solutions
