Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a local sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the UAE market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts effectively.
• Utilize Zoho CRM to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in the technology, energy, or automotive sectors.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Manus.
• Deep understanding of the local UAE market and business culture.
