About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of Account Executives to consistently meet and exceed quotas
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs to support growth
- Own weekly forecasting and ensure accurate pipeline management
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute sales strategies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at VC-backed startup companies
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong prospecting and pipeline generation training skills
- Superb organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance
- Understanding of credit card management, limits, rewards, and underwriting
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and industry trends
- Experience with sales tools like Gong, Salesforce, or Outreach
