About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 5–7 Account Executives to meet and exceed quotas
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new AEs to support team growth
- Own weekly forecasting and ensure accurate pipeline management
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to execute sales strategies
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies to drive revenue
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fintech, travel, or spend management
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities
- Excellent prospecting and pipeline generation training skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
