About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a long-standing, successful customer base
- Handle customer acquisition and maintain long-term relationships
- Independently manage consultation, needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sales of BMW vehicles
- Act as an active interface between customers and the aftersales team
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (automotive sales experience is preferred but not required)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High level of self-organization and management ability
- Excellent customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
- Valid Class B1 driver's license
