About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage an existing customer base and provide long-term support beyond the vehicle purchase
- Responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management
- Independently handle consultation, needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sales of BMW or MINI vehicles
- Act as an active interface between the customer and the aftersales team
Requirements
- Sales experience, ideally in automotive sales, is an advantage but not mandatory
- Joy in interacting with customers
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- High level of self-organization and management
- Driving license (Class B1)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
