About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing customer base and provide long-term support beyond the vehicle purchase
  • Responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management
  • Independently handle consultation, needs analysis, configuration, negotiation, and sales of BMW or MINI vehicles
  • Act as an active interface between the customer and the aftersales team

Requirements

  • Sales experience, ideally in automotive sales, is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High level of self-organization and management skills
  • Driving license (Class B1)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
