About the role

Responsibilities

  • Co-responsibility for developing b'mine Düsseldorf into a premier destination
  • Building and expanding a local network in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area through proactive acquisition
  • Active demand generation in the areas of Groups & Events, Meetings, and Business Travel
  • Managing defined segments, industries, and customers
  • Supporting the implementation of customer retention measures and events within the hotel
  • Professional presentation of the hotel through active, personal guest and customer contact
  • Representing the hotel company and brand at trade fairs, roadshows, conferences, and forums
  • Close collaboration with Meeting & Events, Revenue, and Reservation departments to achieve goals and budgets

Requirements

  • Sound experience in a similar position
  • Strong understanding of business travel and MICE sales/distribution processes
  • Proactive sales experience within the hospitality industry
  • Creative, open, and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication and expression skills
  • Ability to engage people and inspire them regarding b'mine hotels
  • Interest in digital development and its possibilities in hospitality/gastronomy
  • Good German and English skills (minimum B2/C1 level)
