Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales department by coaching, mentoring, and building a high-performance sales team
• Develop and manage strategic plans to drive sales through local marketing, community activities, and events
• Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness and accommodate seasonality
• Oversee P&L management, budget strategy, and cost control to achieve monthly and yearly projections
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust sales processes accordingly
• Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance satisfaction and elevate the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Expertise in inventory management, merchandising, and understanding consumer buying behaviors
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead action planning
• Experience managing strategic budgets and P&L responsibilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• College degree in a relevant field
