Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales department by coaching, mentoring, and building a high-performance team
• Develop and manage strategic plans to drive sales through local marketing, events, and community activities
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and evaluate market trends to achieve sales goals and accommodate seasonality
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust sales strategies as needed
• Manage the sales budget, focusing on cost control and achieving monthly and yearly projections
• Implement pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness
• Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience in a high-volume, high-revenue environment
• Experience in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferred
• Expertise in inventory management, merchandising, and understanding consumer buying behaviors
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead action planning
• Ability to work effectively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across different organizational teams
