Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales department by coaching, mentoring, and building a high-performance team
• Develop and manage strategic plans to drive sales through local marketing, events, and community activities
• Manage inventory levels and forecasting to meet sales goals and accommodate seasonality
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust sales strategies as needed
• Oversee pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness
• Drive profitability through effective P&L management and labor cost control
• Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance overall satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience in a high-volume revenue environment
• Experience in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferred
• Expertise in inventory management, merchandising, and understanding consumer buying behaviors
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
• College degree in a relevant field is preferred
