Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales department by coaching, mentoring, and building a high-performance team
• Develop and manage strategic plans to drive sales through local marketing, events, and community activities
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and seasonal forecasts to meet sales goals and market trends
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust sales strategies as needed
• Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and P&L to maximize profitability and control costs
• Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience, preferably in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and understanding consumer buying behaviors
• Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead action planning
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and budget management
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across different organizational teams

• College degree in a relevant field
