Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales department by coaching, mentoring, and building a high-performance team
• Develop and manage strategic plans to drive sales through local marketing, events, and community activities
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and monitor market trends to achieve sales goals and accommodate seasonality
• Implement and monitor pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness
• Manage departmental budgets, P&L, and labor costs to achieve monthly and yearly projections
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust sales strategies as needed
• Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

• Sales management experience in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Proven experience in inventory management, merchandising, and shrinkage control
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong collaboration skills to work across different organizational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field
