Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the sales department by coaching, mentoring, and building a high-performance sales team
• Develop and manage strategic plans to drive sales through local marketing, community activities, and events
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and seasonal forecasts to meet sales goals and market trends
• Monitor and update pricing strategies to ensure market competitiveness
• Manage departmental budgets, P&L, and labor costs to achieve monthly and yearly projections
• Analyze KPIs to measure success and adjust sales processes and strategies accordingly
• Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance overall satisfaction and experience

Requirements

• Proven sales management experience in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry
• Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and shrinkage control
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong collaboration skills to work across different organizational teams

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in a relevant field
