Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team for the soft drinks division in Tizimín, Yucatán.
- Manage sales indicators and drive performance based on established objectives.
- Oversee personnel management and foster a high-performance sales culture.
- Execute negotiation strategies to expand market presence and maintain customer service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and business conduct codes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Degree certificate required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Management or Sales Lead role.
- Proven experience in personnel management and team leadership.
- Strong skills in negotiation and sales indicator management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Availability to travel, work extended hours, and relocate if necessary.
