About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategy for the hospitality sector focusing on distributors and resellers
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard target partners including SIs and distributors in Japan
  • Grow revenue through co-selling and joint pipeline generation with existing partners
  • Define partner KPIs, manage pipeline performance, and drive improvement actions
  • Enable partners through training, sales materials, and selling tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive sales through deployment success
  • Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline, risks, and next actions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of channel sales experience in the hospitality sector
  • Strong network with Japan-based System Integrators (SIs)
  • Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into operations-heavy industries such as restaurants, hotels, or facilities
  • Experience with hardware, SaaS, or robotics products
  • Experience with partner agreements, commercial negotiations, or program design
  • Experience managing forecasts, KPIs, and data-driven performance reviews
