About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategy for the hospitality sector focusing on distributors and resellers
- Identify, recruit, and onboard target partners including SIs and distributors in Japan
- Grow revenue through co-selling and joint pipeline generation with existing partners
- Define partner KPIs, manage pipeline performance, and drive improvement actions
- Enable partners through training, sales materials, and selling tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive sales through deployment success
- Provide regular reporting on performance, pipeline, risks, and next actions
Requirements
- 3+ years of channel sales experience in the hospitality sector
- Strong network with Japan-based System Integrators (SIs)
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into operations-heavy industries such as restaurants, hotels, or facilities
- Experience with hardware, SaaS, or robotics products
- Experience with partner agreements, commercial negotiations, or program design
- Experience managing forecasts, KPIs, and data-driven performance reviews
