About the role

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect, manage accounts, and develop new prospects to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage MICE dossiers (seminars, meetings, dinner shows) from initial brief to invoicing
  • Meet prospects and clients within the regional market to build and maintain loyalty
  • Propose improvements to the service offering to differentiate the casino and exceed client expectations
  • Support clients in the organization of their events
  • Handle administrative tasks including function sheets, quotes, and inter-departmental coordination

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or event management
  • Dynamic personality with a strong commercial sense and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong team spirit and ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Availability for frequent travel and occasional evening/weekend work for specific events
