About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, manage accounts, and develop new prospects to achieve revenue targets
- Manage MICE dossiers (seminars, meetings, dinner shows) from initial brief to invoicing
- Meet prospects and clients within the regional market to build and maintain loyalty
- Propose improvements to the service offering to differentiate the casino and exceed client expectations
- Support clients in the organization of their events
- Handle administrative tasks including function sheets, quotes, and inter-departmental coordination
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, or event management
- Dynamic personality with a strong commercial sense and ability to work autonomously
- Strong team spirit and ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Availability for frequent travel and occasional evening/weekend work for specific events
