About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support an established network of Independent Sales Representatives across the United States and Canada
  • Leverage existing relationships with dealers, architects, designers, and specification firms to grow sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
  • Participate in commercial negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and training sessions to increase product knowledge and drive sales
  • Travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada to support representatives and strengthen key relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 10+ years of business development or sales experience within the commercial furniture, contract furniture dealer, or specification industries
  • An established network of relationships with independent representative firms, dealers, architects, and designers
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Valid passport for international travel within Canada
