About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet personal monthly sales goals and drive team sales performance
- Coach and develop direct reports through weekly one-on-ones and quarterly reviews
- Lead team meetings to align on priorities and address performance gaps
- Oversee showroom operations, including cleanliness, organization, and stock levels
- Manage tailoring shops to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely turnarounds
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high standards of service
- Monitor team activity levels and ensure accountability for sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales management or leadership
- Strong ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
