Sales Manager B2C

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing B2C sales and support team within a 24/7 operational environment
• Drive monthly and annual revenue targets while consistently exceeding KPIs and performance objectives
• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, customer engagement, and support functions to ensure efficiency
• Monitor key sales metrics including revenue, gross profit, application volumes, and conversion rates
• Develop and implement training, coaching, and performance development initiatives to strengthen team capability
• Ensure compliance with UAE business set-up regulations, company policies, and operational standards
• Prepare regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and operational insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
• 6–8+ years of proven experience in sales, including leadership experience within a B2C environment
• Demonstrated success managing large sales teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings
• Strong understanding of sales management, KPI tracking, reporting, and forecasting
• Experience managing 24/7 operations and customer-focused sales environments
• Knowledge of UAE business set-up regulations and compliance requirements
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
