About the role
Responsibilities
- Acquire, support, and develop B2B customers from the craft sector both operationally and strategically
- Identify new business potential and build long-term partnerships through solution-oriented consulting
- Create individual offers, conduct price and contract negotiations, and manage the entire sales process
- Analyze customer needs and develop suitable solutions from the product and service portfolio
- Work proactively with business customers using modern CRM and shop systems
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Operations, and Customer Success departments
Requirements
- Communicative, sympathetic, and persuasive personality with strong customer orientation
- Ideally experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management
- Confident negotiation skills and ability to build sustainable customer relationships
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- High self-motivation and ambition to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge in photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus
