About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profitability targets across assigned countries
- Develop and expand Tier 2-1 direct brand accounts and distribution partners
- Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies
- Integrate sales, technical service, and business strategies to meet regional goals
- Build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, and stakeholders (OEMs, insurance, leasing)
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, accruals, and rebates
- Deliver detailed weekly and monthly forecasts, budgets, and sales reports
- Manage relationships with key third-party suppliers and partners
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the automotive refinish or related industry
- Strong strategic thinking and business development skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region
- Knowledge of products, application techniques, and competitive offerings
