Responsibilities
- Hire and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently hit revenue and pipeline goals
- Identify optimal technical solutions for customers
- Participate in high-impact deals as executive sponsor to drive new partnerships
- Help define and execute Attio’s go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to inform the product roadmap
Requirements
- 3+ years building successful teams and coaching AEs
- 4+ years directly selling a technical product to high-growth customers
- Strong quantitative forecasting and pipeline management skills
- Passion for the CRM space
- Experience working cross-functionally on strategic projects
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments
