Responsibilities

  • Hire and coach a team of Account Executives to consistently hit revenue and pipeline goals
  • Identify optimal technical solutions for customers
  • Participate in high-impact deals as executive sponsor to drive new partnerships
  • Help define and execute Attio’s go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to inform the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 3+ years building successful teams and coaching AEs
  • 4+ years directly selling a technical product to high-growth customers
  • Strong quantitative forecasting and pipeline management skills
  • Passion for the CRM space
  • Experience working cross-functionally on strategic projects
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments
