About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of BDRs, Business Consultants, and Appointment Setters through live shadowing, call reviews, and role-play.
  • Manage the weekly sales cadence, including standups, deal reviews, 1:1s, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Own pipeline hygiene and accuracy within the CRM, ensuring weekly forecasts land within 10% of actual results.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing on lead quality and with Partner Success on client activation and retention.
  • Hire, ramp, and performance-manage sales floor talent to meet monthly team activation targets.
  • Maintain high energy on the sales floor to drive team motivation and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a sales management or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of personal quota attainment prior to moving into management.
  • Fluency in pipeline math (show rates, close rates, cycle times, and gap-to-plan).
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week in the DFW area (Plano, TX) or willingness to relocate.
  • Experience building sales scripts, cadences, and scorecards from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in health, wellness, telehealth, or pharmacy sales.
  • Experience selling to med spas, gym owners, or wellness practitioners.
  • Experience scaling a sales organization from under 5 to 15+ representatives.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
