Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for key accounts and specific geographic regions
• Manage global customer orders from contract initiation through to final delivery, including container logistics
• Maintain regular communication with key customer accounts to enhance relationships and service levels
• Procure raw lint for the plant and develop market resources to assist in risk management and price forecasting
• Drive value within the ADM chain by working with upstream Oilseed crush mills for raw lint purchasing and sales
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Lab, and Technical teams to meet business goals and customer requirements
• Identify market potential and provide first-line technical support through strategic market knowledge

Requirements

• BA, BS, or Master’s degree
• 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
• Proven experience in international sales
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented focus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an Asia-focused market
• Knowledge of the dissolving pulp market
