Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and company objectives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company offerings
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to team members
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the technology or IT sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
