Sales Manager - AI Automation

Responsibilities

• Architect a "Self-Upsell Engine" by designing strategies for small accounts to expand via automated workflows and AI-driven triggers.
• Lead and develop an international team of 8 Account Executives across multiple European markets (UK, DE, FR, IT, PT, ES).
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Tech Ops to translate commercial logic into automated revenue-generating realities.
• Optimize the sales funnel by identifying expansion triggers across the customer lifecycle to drive cross-sell and upsell.
• Drive key sales KPIs, including ARPU, multi-product penetration, and win rates.
• Utilize tools like HubSpot, Modjo, and Aircall to analyze performance and provide high-impact coaching.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SaaS sales leadership, ideally within high-volume or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of AI and automation (e.g., GPT-based workflows, CRM triggers) to replace manual tasks with scalable processes.
• Experience in strategic stakeholder management, working across Revenue Ops, Growth, and Marketing teams.
• Ability to balance short-term sales execution with long-term operational improvements.
• Native-level or professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
