Responsibilities
- Lead sales strategy by developing and implementing plans that balance occupancy rates and Average Daily Rate (ADR)
- Manage digital channels and work closely with revenue management to optimize visibility on global OTAs
- Build B2B corporate partnerships by identifying and attracting major corporate accounts and travel management agencies
- Analyze data to measure performance and provide strategic reports to support decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hotel sales
- Strong network of relationships within the business travel sector
- Deep familiarity with PMS systems, global platforms, and modern digital trends
- Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships
