About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across the hotel
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure segments
- Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to support business goals
- Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and support budget and billing processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hospitality experience, ideally in revenue management or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of revenue management, forecasting, pricing, and market segmentation
- Proficiency with revenue management software and Excel for analysis and reporting
- Understanding of hotel distribution channels, GDS, OTAs, and direct booking platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment
- Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and trends
- Familiarity with Morgans Originals or similar premium lifestyle brands
