Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue across the hotel
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, group, and leisure segments
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to support business goals
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and support budget and billing processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hospitality experience, ideally in revenue management or related roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of revenue management, forecasting, pricing, and market segmentation
• Proficiency with revenue management software and Excel for analysis and reporting
• Understanding of hotel distribution channels, GDS, OTAs, and direct booking platforms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment
• Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market and trends
• Familiarity with Morgans Originals or similar premium lifestyle brands
