About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement sales and distribution strategy to increase total sales volume and market share
  • Translate global Accor sales strategy into specific hotel approaches
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and hotel teams to maintain a "one face to the customer" strategy
  • Achieve business targets by managing total revenue and market share
  • Identify business opportunities and promote Accor loyalty programs
  • Track, analyze, and report market business trends using ANAIS
  • Shadow and support new joiners in the Sales Team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience
  • Business or Hotel School / University degree
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Expertise in sales techniques and segment-specific knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and distribution/reservation systems
  • Experience with Accor sales tools and ANAIS is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hotel operational experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
