About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement sales and distribution strategy to increase total sales volume and market share
- Translate global Accor sales strategy into specific hotel approaches
- Collaborate with Account Managers and hotel teams to maintain a "one face to the customer" strategy
- Achieve business targets by managing total revenue and market share
- Identify business opportunities and promote Accor loyalty programs
- Track, analyze, and report market business trends using ANAIS
- Shadow and support new joiners in the Sales Team
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience
- Business or Hotel School / University degree
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Expertise in sales techniques and segment-specific knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and distribution/reservation systems
- Experience with Accor sales tools and ANAIS is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Hotel operational experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
