About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits with Sales Representatives and Managers in the Off Trade/Traditional Channel
- Manage a dedicated customer portfolio to support volume growth and brand visibility
- Monitor and support distributor operations to ensure market execution excellence
- Lead field projects aimed at improving sales performance and operational efficiency
- Perform market analysis and SWOT assessments to report insights to management
- Present quarterly commercial reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Track competitor activities and market trends to inform field strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales, Commercial, or Trade Marketing roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both English and Turkish (written and spoken)
- Valid B class driving license
- Strong analytical thinking and a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in a 100% field-based, on-site environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or internships in FMCG or Off Trade sales channels
