Sales Management - Oil, Gas, & Utilities

Responsibilities

• Drive sales strategy and execution within the Oil, Gas, and Utilities segment to maximize revenue and digital transformation.
• Lead the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue, consumption, and growth across solution areas.
• Advise customers on leveraging Digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation solutions to meet business needs.
• Coach and manage teams to achieve business growth, ensuring alignment on short- and long-term account plans.
• Build and maintain a broad executive network, including strategic partners and industry stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of inclusion, mentorship, and accountability while driving employee growth and development.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or leadership roles in large organizations; OR Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of direct or indirect people management experience.
• Proven expertise in the Oil, Gas, or Utilities industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading teams or managers within a Sales organization.
• 4+ years of direct or indirect people management experience.
• Advanced degree and 6+ years of experience in high-performance sales or technical leadership roles.
