Sales Logistics Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure service performance for national automotive segment customers, ensuring product availability and SLA compliance
• Manage service and availability indicators by preparing analytical reports and proposing corrective actions
• Manage freight, track shipments, and utilize web platforms for transport monitoring and logistics performance
• Manage order portfolios, controlling variations, allocations, and demand forecasts
• Escalate critical items and lead recovery plans while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and customers
• Interface with production, planning, PCP, transport, commercial, and quality departments to ensure smooth logistics flow
• Conduct performance meetings with customers to present results, indicators, and action plans
• Analyze operational data to provide insights for local and global leadership support

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science, or related fields
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector
• Proficiency in SAP (logistics, orders, inventory, or transport modules)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
• Fluency in English for communication with global teams and customers
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with transport monitoring or web-based tracking platforms
• Knowledge of export processes, documentation, and customs compliance
• Previous experience working in a multinational environment
• Proficiency with Power BI or other data visualization tools
