About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain a presence in the marketplace
  • Identify potential clients and properties to bring to market
  • Analyse sales potential using standard valuation and financial models
  • Actively pursue new appointment opportunities and nurture business-driving relationships
  • Assist in preparing submissions, marketing collateral, Information Memorandums, advertising, and signage
  • Coordinate inspections and support end-to-end transaction activity

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience within the South Australian Commercial or Industrial industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Solid understanding of the local property market and current trends
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Property or a related degree
