Sales Leader

Responsibilities

• Perform Leader on Duty (LOD) responsibilities to lead a Customer First culture
• Communicate expectations and hold associates accountable to brand and performance standards
• Partner with Store Management to execute business plans and drive KPI results
• Establish and assign individual goals to sales and stock associates
• Train, develop, and coach the associate team
• Maintain company brand standards and execute merchandising product moves
• Ensure effective shipment processing and stockroom SOP compliance
• Execute daily operational procedures and support loss prevention standards
• Manage cash refunds, employee purchases, and morning bank deposits

Requirements

• Minimum High School education or equivalent
• 1–2 years of retail experience or equivalent education
• Flexible availability for store needs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient use of technology
• Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous team leader experience
• Demonstrated business acumen
