About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the agency team
- Manage union relations and SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment)
- Execute commercial strategies and digital transformation
- Manage agency KPIs and emerging channels
- Maintain agency profitability through asset and resource management (e.g., fuel, freezers)
- Ensure customer service excellence and operational discipline
- Share insights and benchmarks
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of labor relations
- Financial literacy including P&L understanding and profitability concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to generate insights
- Problem-solving skills using Agile/MVP mindset
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leadership, coaching, and talent development
- Ability to manage stakeholders collaboratively
