About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the agency team
  • Manage union relations and SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment)
  • Execute commercial strategies and digital transformation
  • Manage agency KPIs and emerging channels
  • Maintain agency profitability through asset and resource management (e.g., fuel, freezers)
  • Ensure customer service excellence and operational discipline
  • Share insights and benchmarks

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of labor relations
  • Financial literacy including P&L understanding and profitability concepts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to generate insights
  • Problem-solving skills using Agile/MVP mindset
  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience in leadership, coaching, and talent development
  • Ability to manage stakeholders collaboratively
